Use this page to find guidance for following up on a MedOrbits support request. Keep your ticket reference available, use the original contact channel where possible, and protect the personal information associated with your case.
Enter the reference details associated with your support request. This page does not currently connect to a live ticket database, so it cannot retrieve or verify a ticket's status.
Use the ticket number from your original acknowledgement. Avoid entering passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity details.
The descriptions below explain common support terminology. They are guidance only and are not live statuses for any individual MedOrbits ticket.

A working ticket tracker needs a server-side endpoint connected to the ticket database. That endpoint should validate the reference, verify the requester's authority to access the ticket, enforce rate limits and return only the minimum information required. Never expose ticket records by accepting a reference number alone without appropriate access controls.
