Important information about this complaint page

The form currently operates only in your browser. It does not upload your details, create a complaint ticket, attach evidence, or notify a MedOrbits team. Preparing a draft is not the same as filing a complaint. To enable formal submissions, this page must be connected to a secure backend with access controls, server-side validation, appropriate retention rules, and a reliable acknowledgement mechanism.

Frequently asked questions

Complaints and grievance guidance.

Answers to common questions about preparing and following up on a service complaint.

Has my complaint been submitted when I complete this form?
No. This page currently prepares a draft in your browser. It does not send the information to MedOrbits or generate an official complaint reference. Use a verified contact channel to submit the complaint.
What information should I include?
Include the service involved, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, steps already taken, and your preferred resolution. Provide an existing reference number only if necessary. Avoid passwords, OTPs, financial credentials and unnecessary identity information.
Can I attach screenshots or supporting documents here?
This version does not upload attachments. If supporting evidence is necessary, ask the relevant support channel which file types are accepted and how to share them securely. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots where practical.
How long will it take to receive a response?
No response time is promised by this page. Any applicable timeframe should be confirmed through the actual support process or the relevant published service policy. Keep a copy of your sent complaint and any acknowledgement.
What if I am dissatisfied with the initial response?
Refer to the response you received and ask the relevant service contact whether a review or escalation route is available. Include the previous reference number if one exists. This page does not establish a formal escalation hierarchy or guarantee a particular outcome.
Can I complain about a third-party institution or authority?
If the concern relates to an external university, examination authority, employer, payment provider or government department, you may need to contact that organisation directly through its official grievance channel. MedOrbits cannot decide complaints on behalf of independent organisations.
Need assistance?

Make your next step clear.

If you need help identifying the right support channel, contact MedOrbits using a verified address and describe the service involved. Do not include authentication secrets or unnecessary sensitive documents in your initial message.
